Meet Brunello Lodovico.

Bruno, for short.

 

He's a 115-pound black Lab with legs for days, and he's every bit as big-hearted as he is tall. He was born on April 28, 2017, spent his puppyhood in Rome, Italy, and started training at just 10 weeks old. In 2020, he became a certified AKC Therapy Dog, and he's been doing what he loves most ever since: making people feel better.

From children's hospitals and VA homes to senior living communities and classrooms, Bruno shows up with a wagging tail and a whole lot of love. He's a true people person who's never met a stranger, and his hugs are legendary. His name carries family history too: Brunello, after his Mom's favorite wine, and Lodovico, after her Italian great-grandfather.

Today he lives in Delray Beach, Florida, where you'll usually find him in the water. And he stars in the Where's Brunello? coloring book series. Every book is a hide-and-seek adventure, so grab your crayons and go find him!
